What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you have 30 days to return your item free of charge. We just ask that the item is returned in an unworn, unaltered state with the tags still attached. For more information, please see our return policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Custom items (embroidery) and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund.
When will I get my order?
We ask that you allow us 2-3 days to process your order. We fulfill shipments Monday-Friday (minus federal and studio holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but usually within 3-5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Orders over $75 receive free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
Can I modify my order?
For non-embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Embroidered products are considered customized and therefore final sale and cannot be modified or returned.
How do I determine my size?
Please refer to our size guides available on our product pages. It includes detailed measurements and tips to help you find the perfect fit. Our scrubs fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
