What materials are your scrubs made from?

Our proprietary NOBLE Core textile is crafted from 92% recycled polyester threads and 8% Lycra. These materials are chosen for comfort, durability, and reduced environmental impact. You can learn more about NOBLE Core here.

What makes your scrubs eco-friendly?

Our scrubs are made using sustainable materials and processes, such as reducing water usage during production and using recycled threads in our textiles. Our NOBLE Core textile can biodegrade under landfill conditions through anaerobic degradation, reducing how long our scrubs remain in landfills and the ocean. Are your scrubs suitable for all medical professions?

Yes! Our scrubs are designed with functionality and comfort in mind, making them suitable for doctors, nurses, technicians, veterinarians, and other medical and healthcare professionals.

Are your scrubs easy to care for?

Absolutely! Our scrubs are machine washable and designed to withstand frequent washing. For best results, wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low heat.

How do I determine my size?

Please refer to our size guides available on our product pages. It includes detailed measurements and tips to help you find the perfect fit. Our scrubs fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we can only change the address if the order has not been dispatched. We try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, please email us at info@octetlabs.com.

Can I modify my order?

For non-embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Embroidered products are considered customized and therefore final sale and cannot be modified or returned.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before your order ships.

Free returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Store credit is available for returns older than 30 days.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Embroidered items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
